Ruth Acedo Silva was born in Huelva in 1977.

Hatha-Yoga instructor (Satyananda Saraswati Swami) certified by Yoga Alliance and A.E.P.Y. Yoga therapist (School of Yoga and Transpersonal Psychology Pilar Íñigo, Zaragoza), member of FEYS and U.E.Y (European Union of Yoga). Zen-Tantra instructor (trained by Firak, Osho Discipline). Art therapist (basic course “the wheel of creation”) by Javier Melguizo, Barcelona. Pilates mat instructor (ISED, Higher Institute of Studies, Zaragoza). Trained in suspension Pilates (ANEP, Spanish Association of Pilates Instructors).

During over than ten years, Ruth has been researching and practicing different disciplines (Hatha Yoga, Yoga therapy, Tantra-Zen), which led her to create and teach her own methodology based on a multidisciplinary perspective. Her yoga therapy workshops merge classic and therapeutic Yoga as a basis, complemented by transpersonal psychology, Osho Dynamic Meditations, art therapy and Gestalt dynamics. She studied quiromassage techniques (Ised-Higher Institute of Studies) and has a technical degree of nursing.

In 2011, she collaborated as an assistant from AAYY (Aragonese Association of Yoga and Yoga Therapy) with ASMSS, a psychological support program in the center of Swadar, in Gopalpur (Orissa, India). In 2012, she collaborated in the edition of the book Mujeres en Marcha, on the methodology used in the project, on which she based her final thesis of Hatha Yoga and Yoga therapy.In June and July of 2017 she organized several Yoga retreats at the Gravityworkouts Center, Conil de la Frontera, Cádiz. Ruth worked for more than ten years as a Hatha Yoga, Yoga therapy, Yoga for kids instructor and Pilates mat instructor in many centers of Zaragoza.

Ruth currently lives Ibiza where she continues with full dedication spreading her experience in different yoga centers on the island.

Sonia has practiced Yoga since 2003 in London/India, She resonated with the practice from the first few lessons discovering a sense of wellbeing for the body and mind. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapy to release anxiety and Kriya Yoga taught by her Master SatGuru Gurunath Yogiraj Siddhanah.

The Asanas/Poses combine with the breath can make you feel aligned and One with the Self and the whole of the Universe. Classes with Sonia are focused on the breath and steady Asanas to allow the Students to have a deep experience through being mindful and present in the body, coming from a Kriya Yoga practice Sonia finds the breath in syntony with the movements to be very powerful and a fundamental part of the practice as the Prana unlock channels in the body.

Ashley guides an exploration of organic fluid movements, breath, sound and meditation, inspired by elements in nature. Organic Flow is a gentle practice that grounds, circulates, and revitalizes our energy and opens our senses to the deep wisdom and natural intelligence of the body and Earth.

With focus on listening to the needs and sensations of the body, Ashley shares pleasant and innovative ways to soothe and re-educate the nervous system, observe and unwind patterns, conditioning and rigidity held in the tissues and layers of the body.

These tools are useful for bringing us closer to our original nature and deepen our awareness of our intuition and inner self.

Mariana combines different asanas (postures) in a dynamic way, following a sequential structure where each posture is synchronized with the breath to improve fluidity in movements and to benefit not only the body, but also the mind and the spirit. Mariana guides her students through pranayama exercises (breathing techniques) and relaxation, all accessible to beginner or intermediate practitioners.

Mariana seeks to create spaces for self-observation by way of cultivating our body, our mind and our soul to feel healthier and stronger.

Sandra lives in Ibiza, she has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In October 2017, her passionate nature and continuous search for wellbeing took her to the foothills of the Himalayas to join the Teacher Training Course at “The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre”, where she built a confident and instinctual foundation to teach others.
In her classes, expertise and origin make no difference. You will learn body language through tradicional Hatha Yoga, combining asanas with breathing and relaxing exercises. Her previous experience as a dancer is also incorporated in body consciousness work.
Her goal is to guide you towards knowing your body, finding your inner silence and acquiring a certain degree of discipline in order to fully experience the benefits of yoga.
