SLOW FLOW, Vinyasa Yoga, energetic alignment

Everything we are has an energetic correspondence. In the intimate space of a yoga practice, you can cultivate your strengths while also recognizing and exploring your limitations. Nothing you move here stays on the mat.

In this course, we follow the ancestral path of our vertical axis, the home of the main energy centers, aligning them through conscious movement—a journey from root to crown, from the dense to the subtle.

The practice flows between dynamic and slow movements, with peaks or challenges whose intensity can always be adjusted to each individual. The breath remains present throughout the entire experience. Each session usually concludes with restorative postures, a short meditation, and Savasana.

Our focus is on the main energy centers, consciously activating them according to the unique approach of the school Nayana Yoga.

A Vinyasa Yoga class with an energetic approach and special attention to the feminine cycles.

These sessions are a tribute to the cyclical nature of life.

On a physical level, we focus on nurturing the space of the belly and pelvis, with special care for the pelvic floor.

On an energetic level, we delve into the different aspects of feminine energy, Shakti, the source and ally of every creative process.

We are hosted at the spacious and luminous hall of Nura Yoga Studio, in Ferreries.

In a spacious and light-filled hall, in the heart of the island and surrounded by nature and silence, I offer my weekly Slow Flow sessions every Sunday morning.

YOGA DULCE, a soulful date with yourself

Yoga Dulce (gentle yoga) emerges from my commitment to an inclusive and transformative yoga practice—one that allows you to inhabit your body with kindness and respect, inspired by the concept of Ahimsa (non-violence).

This practice is infused with Yin elements and makes abundant use of props, making it especially suitable for delicate bodies.

It includes slow flows, long-held restorative poses, and deep relaxation (Nidra).

Yoga Dulce is the perfect choice for people with minor injuries, body stiffness, little experience with physical activity, or a sedentary lifestyle.

It is also a way to re-educate the body, moving away from  postural and breathing patterns through intuitive and somatic movement.

Slowing down invites us to transition more consciously between postures, helping to prevent injuries in more dynamic and Yang practices.

In this space, we can deepen the subtle aspects of the practice—an approach I consider more “advanced” because it goes beyond the surface layers of muscle and reaches into the deep planes of the organs, hormones, mind, and energy.

For this reason, Yoga Dulce is also a valuable practice for experienced yoga practitioners without major physical limitations.

Yoga Dulce classes take place in the warm and intimate space of Asociación Orígen, located in the heart of Ciutadella.

The qualities of the space—its soft lighting and small group setting—create the perfect atmosphere for an intimate encounter with your body.

A journey inward through movement, where deep listening and sensory awareness take center stage.

On a physical level, we cultivate slow and mindful movement, with a strong emphasis on stability and comfort (Sthira and Sukha), the essential qualities of Asana practice.

On an energetic level, we explore the vertical axis as the home of the main energy centers, or Chakras.
